The District IV* Disciplinary Committee reviews cards (Cautions and SendOffs) submitted by the Referees for matches conducted under the District IV Authority (i.e. District IV League Matches, District IV Hosted Leagues - CYL, PDL)

Misconducts
Within 48 hours of completion of the match, file a Misconduct online (if your Referee Chapter participates in the Misconduct Project->) or send the completed misconduct forms to:
