Washington Youth Soccer Rescinds Change for Presidents Cup Eligibility

In a reply e-mail from the Washington Youth Soccer State President to the District IV Commissioner on 6/22/09 concering last years late modification to the Presidents Cup Eligibility requirements for the 2008-2009 Season and the problems associated with that modification, the State President stated "I tasked the Transitional committee with this determination for this years Presidents Cup only !! They agreed to go back to the previous years ruling for this one year." .
